Due to the custom nature of our portraits, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do offer free minor revisions to your design prior to printing and are always willing to work with you to create the perfect portrait. Instructions not mentioned at the time your order is placed may result in additional charges.
Final sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return or exchange.

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
If your order arrives damaged in any way or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days from receiving it at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work together to resolve the situation.
